How long is the tour?

The tour last approximately 5.5 hours.

What is Hotel Pickup Transportation?

We pick you from most surrounding hotels. Select your hotel and pickup times in the bookings checkout cart. A friendly driver will pick you up from your hotel, in a clean and comfortable air-conditioned mini bus or van.   At the end of your tour, we will drop you off at your hotel.

I’m booking in advance and don’t know yet where I will be staying—what do I do?

If you are making a reservation and are unsure where you’ll be staying, you can simply make your reservation first, and call us to confirm your hotel information soon after you check into your hotel with your room number. If you brought a cell phone with you, please give us that number. Having a cell phone in Los Angeles is very handy.

How do I find Directions and Parking (approximately $25 per day)

From the East

Take 10 West to 101 North. Exit Highland Avenue (Stay on right-hand side of the freeway as exit splits). The street winds down and becomes three lanes towards Hollywood Bowl. Turn left onto Highland Avenue. The parking structure is on Highland Avenue next to the Loews Hollywood Hotel, north of Hollywood Blvd.

From the North Take 101 South. Exit Highland Avenue. The street winds down and becomes three lanes. You will then see Hollywood & Highland retail complex. The parking structure is on Highland Avenue next to the Loews Hollywood Hotel, north of Hollywood Blvd.

From the South Take 110 North (passing the Downtown area) to the 101 North. Exit Highland Avenue (Stay on right-hand side of the freeway as exit splits). The street winds down and becomes three lanes towards Hollywood Bowl. Turn left onto Highland Avenue. The parking structure is on Highland Avenue next to the Loews Hollywood Hotel, north of Hollywood Blvd.

From the West Take 10 East to 110 North/Downtown (passing the Downtown area) to the 101 North. Exit Highland Avenue (Stay on right-hand side of the freeway as exit splits). The street winds down and becomes three lanes towards Hollywood Bowl. Turn left onto Highland

What is the suggested time to check in for our tour?

A. Please be at our location at least 30 minutes prior to your tour departure time.

B. Hotel pickup time vary by location and are printed on your receipt ticket or voucher.

Starline Tours is located on the Hollywood Walk of Fame at the Chinese Theatre with ticketing and departures from Orange Court terminal located on the outermost West side of the Hollywood & Highland complex along Orange Street. Visit the Chinese Theatre and Walk of Fame along the Hollywood Blvd before and/or after the end of your tour with us.

Does the tour go to the Hollywood sign & Griffith Observatory?

Go inside Griffith Park and from high above Los Angeles, have your picture taken in front of the world-famous Hollywood Sign –while also seeing spectacular city views.

Where do I receive a confirmation?

A. When you book online, you will receive 2 confirmation emails: 1st is from Starline Tours that confirms your booking(s) and the details of your tour(s), 2nd is from our secure payment provider as a proof of your payment. You should receive these emails within a few minutes after your booking.

Pack the Essentials

Don’t forget sunscreen, hats, sun glasses, cell phone battery packs comfortable shoes and your camera, you never know who you might see!

Will I be able to get out and shop, eat, take pictures, etc.?

Our stop for lunch is at the Original Farmers Market, Griffith Observatory, Downtown LA’s Olvera Street, Disney Concert Hall and the Hollywood Bowl.
