Starline Attraction Pass Terms

These terms and conditions of purchase are presented by Starline Tours & Tickets Inc., the operator of the Starline Pass packages in L.A. Upon purchase of this package (Package), a card (Card) or digital card (iPass), will be electronically loaded with tickets, coupons or a pass (Tickets) which may enable the Card holder to obtain certain benefits (Benefits) when the Card is presented to the attractions, restaurants or other operators (Operators) as detailed in the package details (Guide). By purchasing this Package you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions:
- Packages are valid for 6 months from date of purchase and once activated must be used within 1, 2 or 3 consecutive days from first use;
- Packages are purchased for use as a set number of consecutive days and are subject to use as detailed below;
- Only 3 Day pass includes the option of EITHER Warner Bros. or Universal Studios;
- Any unused Benefits included will expire 1, 2 or 3 consecutive calendar days from first use for the corresponding Unlimited Products;
- You may not return to an Operator to obtain a Benefit a second or subsequent time (with the exception of the Hop On Hop Off bus)
- Minimum of one hour must pass between redeeming benefits (with the exception of the Hop On Hop Off bus);
- Refunds will not be provided for any unused Benefits or lost or stolen Cards;
- To the extent permitted by law, Starline Tours & Tickets Inc. disclaims all liability arising out of or consequent to your use of the Starline Pass, Guide and Benefits;
- All responsibility for the conduct, quality, availability or other thing in respect of the use of any Benefit is solely borne by the relevant Operator;
- Benefits presented in this Guide may vary from time to time and as such you should confirm the availability of the Benefit with the Operator prior to use of the Card;
- Starline Tours & Tickets Inc. limits our liability or warranties implied by statute or otherwise by resupplying the relevant services; and
- All intellectual property rights used or embodied in or in connection with the Card, Guide or any related material is owned or licensed by Starline Tours & Tickets Inc.

Redemption
You can now download an iPass of your Card at https://checkin.iventurecard.com/ which you can save to your mobile device - simply present the QR code to be scanned at each attraction with exception of Warner Bros. and Universal Studios Hollywood which you will need to book via telephone (800)959-3131 or by presenting your pass at Starline Tours TCL Chinese Theatre Booth at 6925 Hollywood Blvd, Hollywood, CA 90028 operating daily from 8:30AM – 10:00PM.
Warner Bros
Your Warner Bros. ticket must be collected from the above location on the day of the visit to the attraction. Complementary roundtrip transportation from TCL Chinese Theatre to Warner Bros. will be provided. Subject to T&C
Universal Studios Hollywood
Universal Studios Hollywood ticket must be collected from the Starline Tours TCL Chinese Theatre Booth. You can use Universal Studios Shuttle as a transportation option subject to operational schedule.

How to use
Once the pass is activated it is valid for the purchased calendar days which begin when you visit the first attraction (1,2 or 3).
Simply present your pass on arrival at any participating attraction to gain entry (exceptions: Universal Studios Hollywood and Warner. Bros. Refer to Redemption instructions)
With Starline Attraction Pass you don’t have to pay to get into any of the attractions included in the pass; the more attractions you visit, the more you save.
You can pick and choose from over 16 top L.A. attractions.
EITHER Universal Studios or Warner Bros Studio Tour are included with the 3 Day Premium Pass only.
