The FIT Dept. is open 7 days a week, 8.30am - 4.00pm Passengers MUST go to the Gray Line New York Sightseeing Visitor Center @ 777 8th Avenue (between 47th & 48th Streets) at least ONE DAY PRIOR to departure and exchange their vouchers in order to receive their travel documents and other important information.
