Includes the breath-taking Cloisters, the branch of the Metropolitan Museum of Art devoted to the art and architecture of medieval Europe. Marvel at over five thousand works of arts dating from 1000 A.D. of illuminated manuscripts, stained glass, metalworks, enamels, ivories and tapestries. High atop historic Fort Tryon Park are four acres of spectacular views of the George Washington Bridge, the Palisades, the Hudson River and the 15,000-bulb Heather Garden! Admission to Cloisters is not included - voluntary donation is collected at the entrance of the museum.

Seasonal, daily May through October. Departures every hour between 8:30am and 3:00pm from GLNYS Visitor Center at 777 8th Avenue (between 47th and 48th Streets).

vouchers for a GLNYS ticket, buses can be boarded anywhere on the route. |
