● Where do the tours start from if you do not pick us up from a hotel?
Our ticket booth is located in the courtyard of the famous GRAUMAN CHINESE THEATER, 6925 Hollywood Blvd.
● Where do we pay and what do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards as well as traveler's checks and cash when you pay at our tickets booths. Credit cards only when you book online.
● What is the cancellation policy?
For Tours #1 through #14 - 48 hours notice are required; however you may change the dates of your reservation up to 6:pm the day before with no penalty.
● Do you bring us back to the hotel where you picked us up from?
● How far in advance must we reserve?
As soon as your plans are definite; but all customers are recommended to make a confirmed reservation at least 24-hours in advance to guarantee a seat. For tours with hotel pick-up, you should reserve no later than 8:00 pm the night before. However, Movie Stars' Homes Tour departs every half hour from our Chinese Theater location and reservation is not required, but 24-hour advance reservation is still recommended to guarantee a seat.
● What is the cutoff time for making an online reservation?
Online reservations for most Los Angeles & Anaheim based tours can only be made up until 24 hours before the tours scheduled departure time. After that cutoff time, reservations for Los Angeles based tours can only be made by calling 1-800-959-3131, and reservations for Anaheim based tours can only be made my calling 1-888-288-5823. The only exceptions are reservations for the Starline CitySightseeing Hop-on Hop-off tours from Los Angeles which can be made at any time.
Online reservations for tours outside of Los Angeles & Anaheim usually require an online reservation to be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled tour departure time.
● Are the tours operated by Starline Tours wheelchair accessible?

Starline Tours is ADA compliant, and as such all Starline tours are wheelchair accessible. As with all our customers, though, customers are recommended to reserve tours 24-hours in advance to guarantee a seat. When booking online, please mark any special needs in the "Comments/Special Requests" section of the Reservation Form.
For the Starline CitySightseeing Hop-on Hop-off, every other bus (at a minimum) is wheelchair accessible. If more specific details are required on the timing of these wheelchair accessible buses on any of the Hop-on Hop-off loops, please call 1-855-4LAHOPON (1-855-452-4676) or 1-323-580-6155 the day of the tour.
● Is there a parking?
Yes, in a covered structure at 6801 Hollywood Blvd. You can enter from Highland or Orange Avenue ( North side of Hollywood Blvd. ) - Rate is $2.00 with our validation for 2 hours. All day parking is $10 max.
Starline Parking Validation:
We validate your parking ticket on the purchase of any tour.
This validation is good for the first 2 hours of parking for a set fee of just $2.00.
Entrance to this underground parking is by the Renaissance Hotel 1755 N.Highland Ave. at Johnny Grant Way, the sign reads "5 Star Public Parking Hollywood & Highland" Or from 1754 N. Orange Dr. with the name as above.
Having parked please make your way to the forecourt of the Chinese Theatre, by taking the elevator.
● How do we get there?

● Do we have a guided tour inside the attractions parks and/or Paul Getty Museum or are we on our own? Is admission included ?
You will be on your own. No guides are necessary, brochures with maps are free and on display inside the parks. Admission is included.
ABOUT ONLINE BOOKING
● Do I receive a confirmation?
When you book online, you receive 2 confirmation emails: 1 from Starline that confirm your booking(s) and the details of your tour(s), 1 from our secure payment provider as a proof of your payment. You should receive these emails a few minutes after your booking.
● Do I have to reconfirm the hotel pickup?
When you book online, you reserve also your courtesy pickup from your hotel and you choose also the time. Even if these informations are registered by Starline Tours, you are welcome to call free when you arrive to Los Angeles to reconfirm your pickup time.
● Is is secure to enter my credit card number?
Starline Tours use the service of Fast Transact for the secure payment. Fast Transact is an expert on secure payment and use the latest encryption techniques to ensure a maximum security when you pay online.
● Do you use my personal informations?
As we are aware of your privacy, the informations you give, including your email address, are used only for the process of your reservation and won't be sold or used for any other purpose.
